01 - 24 cherry tomatoes
02 - 12 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini), drained
03 - 12 fresh basil leaves

04 - 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
05 - 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
06 - 1/2 tsp kosher salt
07 - 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

# How-to:

01 - In a small saucepan, bring balsamic vinegar to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Reduce until thickened and syrupy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
02 - Onto each skewer, thread one cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf (folded if large), and a mozzarella ball. Repeat the sequence once more, ending with a cherry tomato.
03 - Arrange skewers on a serving platter.
04 - Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and finish with the cooled balsamic reduction.
05 - Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour before serving.
