01 - 5.3 oz mild cheddar cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes
02 - 5.3 oz gouda cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes
→ Fruit
03 - 7 oz seedless red grapes, washed and dried
→ Optional Garnish
04 - Fresh mint leaves for serving
# How-to:
01 - Cut mild cheddar and gouda into evenly sized 0.6 inch cubes.
02 - Wash and thoroughly dry the seedless red grapes.
03 - Gather small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks for assembly.
04 - Thread a cube of cheddar, followed by a grape, then a cube of gouda, and another grape onto each skewer. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with either cheese or grape as preferred.
05 - Arrange the skewers on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
