# How-to:
- Peel the oranges and separate into individual segments, removing seeds and as much pith as possible.
- On a large round serving plate, arrange the orange segments in a circle to resemble a clock face.
- Position 12 grapes evenly around the orange circle to mark the hours, gently pressing them between the orange segments.
- Use two longer grapes or two orange segments at the center of the circle as the clock’s hands, pointing to your preferred time, such as 10:10.
- Scatter fresh mint leaves around the platter to enhance color and aroma, if desired.
- Serve immediately, chilled if preferred.
