# How-to:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
03 - Whisk pumpkin purée, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients. Fold gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
05 - Gently fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
06 - Transfer batter to prepared loaf pan, smooth top, and bake for 55–65 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
07 - Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
