# How-to:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and dried herbs if using in a large bowl.
03 - Add cold cubed butter and rub into the flour mixture until coarse crumbs form.
04 - Stir in cold water and olive oil until dough forms. Knead briefly on a floured surface until smooth.
05 - Roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness and use a star-shaped cutter to cut crackers.
06 - Arrange crackers on the baking sheet, prick each with a fork.
