# How-to:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place thawed puff pastry on prepared baking sheet and set Brie wheel in center.
03 - Spread fig jam evenly across top surface of Brie wheel.
04 - Sprinkle chopped nuts and thyme leaves over fig jam if using.
05 - Fold puff pastry over cheese, pleating as needed to fully enclose. Pinch seams to seal completely.
06 - Brush beaten egg over pastry exterior to promote golden gloss.
07 - Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until pastry is puffed and deep golden brown.
08 - Allow baked Brie to rest 10 minutes before transferring to serving platter. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
