02 - Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
03 - Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet and spread into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
04 - Evenly scatter gummy bears, crushed candy canes, and mini marshmallows over the chocolate.
05 - Sprinkle rainbow decorations on top if desired.
06 - Gently press the toppings into the chocolate with clean hands or a spatula.
07 - Let set at room temperature for 1 hour, or refrigerate for 20 minutes until firm.
