# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes indulgent while actually supporting your fitness goals, no compromise.
  • The texture is genuinely creamy and smooth, not icy or chalky like most protein desserts.
  • You can customize it endlessly based on whatever toppings you're craving that day.
02 -
  • Don't skip blending thoroughly—even tiny protein powder clumps will freeze and make the texture grainy instead of creamy.
  • The texture matters: if your base mixture is too thick before freezing, it won't process well; if it's too thin, it'll freeze more like a popsicle than ice cream.
03 -
  • Buy good-quality protein powder—it's the main ingredient and poor quality will taste bad no matter what you do to mask it.
  • If you don't have a Ninja Creami, a food processor or high-powered blender works perfectly for breaking up the frozen mixture into that creamy texture.
