Ingredients
- Gold Cheeses: 150 g aged Gouda cut into cubes, 150 g cheddar (medium or aged) cut into cubes
- Silver Cheeses: 150 g manchego cut into cubes, 150 g goat cheese rolled into small balls or cut into cubes, 100 g Camembert or Brie cut into small wedges (optional silver leaf for decoration food-grade)
- Fruits: 1 cup green grapes, 1 cup golden raisins, 1 pear sliced
- Nuts & Accents: 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, 1/2 cup roasted almonds, Edible gold and silver leaf (optional for decoration), Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs for garnish
- Crackers & Accompaniments: 1 cup assorted gluten-free crackers, 1/2 cup honey or fig jam (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1:

- Step 6:
- Fill in spaces with fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs for color and aroma.

- Place the crackers and honey or fig jam in small bowls or on the board.
